According to the lawyers of the agency, when considering this case in the Lenin Court of Ufa, the right of "Inosmi" to judicial protection was violated. The editors were not informed of the upcoming court examination, and the court did not notify her of the court’s decision and, thus, deprived the editors of the opportunity to protect himself in court.
