The Pylorama International Civil Forum, previously canceled due to a reduction in financing, was decided to hold in a different format-most of its events, which in previous years took place in the summer in the Chusovsky district, will take place in the city of Perm in the fall.

Since 2005, Pilorama has been held in July in the Museum of the History of Political Repression of Perm-36 in the territory of the former Gulag system of the same name, where the buildings of those times have been preserved, RIA Novosti recalls. In July of this year, the Public Council and the Pylorama Directorate decided to cancel the forum. The reason is the reduction of the project budget by 50% (last year the financing of the forum from the regional budget was 5 million rubles) and the inability to find additional sources of funds.

The “Start of Pylorama” on October 21 will give the performance of the Moscow Theater “Return” “Roads that we did not choose”.
