
On Wednesday, October 16, the exhibition “Draw the Court - 2” in support of the prisoners on May 6 will open in Kirov.
The purpose of the exhibition is to show graphic works illustrating political trials, and processes of civic significance and create a convincing and reliable image of the modern Russian court.
The exhibition will present not only the works of professional artists, but also the defendants, and those who are present at the process, but without permission to photograph for the first time, for the first time, for a pencil.
One of the main tasks of the project is to attract the attention of society to processes over prisoners on May 6. Tamara Krutenko’s works will also be presented at the exhibition, which will be made on the same day during an appeal to the opposition to the opposition Alexei Navalny and entrepreneur Peter Officer.

The exhibition in Kirov is the first of the series. The organizers also planned winter exhibitions in Moscow and Paris, so the acceptance of work does not stop after the opening. Work in various genres are taken for consideration - drawings from the courtroom, comics in which what is happening in the courtroom and beyond is reconstructed using media, paintings, installations, work projects using any means of modern media.
The exhibition focus is not only metropolitan courts, but also the political processes of all cities of Russia and the CIS countries. A prerequisite for submitting work is a text with a description of the essence of the trial.
