On January 25, at the Oktyabrskoye Pole metro station, a man threw himself under a train. Traffic towards the center was completely stopped for more than an hour.

On February 13, a train malfunction led to a disruption in train traffic on the Serpukhovsko-Timiryazevskaya line. The metro was disrupted for almost 30 minutes.

On May 5, smoke occurred on the stretch between the Vykhino and Ryazansky Prospekt stations, caused by the fire of a contact rail. As a result of the emergency, train traffic was stopped in both directions. 300 people were evacuated. Mosgortans allocated 120 buses to transport passengers between the Vykhino and Tekstilshchiki stations.

On the morning of June 5, a power cable caught fire on the stretch between the Lenin Library and Okhotny Ryad stations. Traffic in the central part of the “red” line was paralyzed, and there was a crush at some stations. As a result, 47 people were injured, seven of them were hospitalized, more than 4.5 thousand passengers were evacuated. After the fire was extinguished, six stations of the Sokolnicheskaya Line were closed, and traffic was restored only by noon. Half an hour later, a short circuit occurred on the same section, which again led to disruption of the train schedule.

On June 11, as a result of a spontaneous power outage of the line on the section from Borovitskaya to Nagornaya, train traffic was disrupted and two trains were delayed. 14 people sought medical help, nine were hospitalized.

On June 13, on the Zamoskvoretskaya line at the Paveletskaya station, a person fell on the rails. To remove it, it was necessary to remove the tension from the contact rail; trains ran at increased intervals. The victim was hospitalized.

On June 27, due to a malfunction of the traffic light at the Polezhaevskaya station, smoke occurred, which caused train movement to be difficult for 10 minutes.

On June 30, on the stretch between the Fili and Bagrationovskaya stations, a tree fell on the track, which interrupted train traffic in both directions. Compensating buses were launched from the Kuntsevskaya metro station to the Bagrationovskaya metro station. An hour later, traffic was restored.

On July 17, train traffic from the Park Kultury station to Sokolniki was stopped for more than 20 minutes due to a person falling on the rails. The incident occurred at the Komsomolskaya station

On July 18, as a result of the release of tension from the contact rail, traffic along the Ring Line from Kievskaya to Oktyabrskaya was stopped for 50 minutes. The movement was carried out in one direction.

On August 9, two train disruptions occurred on the Serpukhovsko-Timiryazevskaya line. The reason for the first was jammed brake pads of the head car of one of the trains, the reason for the second was smoke on the stretch between the Tsvetnoy Boulevard and Mendeleevskaya stations.

On September 12, train traffic between the Nagornaya and Borovitskaya stations was interrupted. The reason was the uncoupling of the carriages of one of the trains. Traffic from the Borovitskaya station was carried out only in the direction of Tsvetnoy Boulevard at increased intervals. There was a crush in the passages from the station.

On September 20, a fire occurred in the driver's cabin of a train on the Serpukhovsko-Timiryazevskaya line. The passengers of the train were evacuated, there were no injuries. Trains on the “gray” line ran at increased intervals.

On September 21, there was a failure on the Arbatsko-Pokrovskaya line. The faulty train was towed from the main tracks. It took more than 20 minutes to restore full movement.

On September 25, on the section between Petrovsko-Razumovskaya and Timiryazevskaya, a signaling device malfunctioned during the morning rush hour. For more than 20 minutes, trains ran at extended intervals.

On September 27, at the Shosse Entuziastov station, a citizen of Tajikistan fell under the wheels of an arriving train and died. As a result of the removal of tension on the contact rail for more than 40 minutes, trains did not run between the Marksistskaya and Shosse Entuziastov stations.

On October 3, the train broke down on the stretch between the Novokosino and Novogireevo stations. Trains ran at increased intervals.

On October 3 , due to a technical failure in the operation of electrical equipment on a section of the Lyublinskaya line on the stretch between the Volzhskaya - Pechatniki stations, train traffic was temporarily paralyzed.

On October 6, there was a traffic disruption on the section of the Tagansko-Krasnopresnenskaya line from the Kuznetsky Most station towards the Pushkinskaya station. Technical problems with the train caused smoke to form under one of the train cars. Passengers were evacuated, and traffic resumed 10 minutes later.
