Activists demanded that the buildings return the status of architectural monuments. In early February, about 20 young people - mainly students and anarchists - occupied one of the stoves of the station, they decided not to leave there in order to prevent demolition that threatened the building. On the roof of Packgauza, they hoisted the pirate flag.

The building belonged to Adamant LLC, representatives of the company asked young people to leave the Pakgauz, but they refused. Late in the evening, the police appeared there and forcibly led 22 people from the Pakgauz, who at the same time resisted. Later, the senior sergeant and the warrant officer of the police found craniofield injuries, bruises and cut heads of the head. A criminal case was opened under the article "Application of violence against a representative of the authorities, dangerous to life and health." The guilty can face up to 10 years in prison. The only accused was the 20-year-old student Denis Levkin.

According to the activist of the Living City movement Antonina Eliseeva, the methods that the anarchists defended the buildings at the Warsaw Station, is completely unacceptable, but what happened after their campaign is terrible: “This is a difficult story, a historical and cultural examination was already carried out, and this Packgauz was about to become a monument-that is, if it lasted several months, it was no longer possible. would be demolished, but when this unfortunate action took place, it was possible to demolish the building almost with impunity. According to Antonina Eliseeva, if it weren’t for this action, Packgauz could not be touched, but then the excessive attention of the “Adamanta” was attracted to him, so they decided to demolish him as soon as possible: “As for the court, I didn’t understand the intricacies, but, in my opinion, it is clear that they are accused of the wrong person.
