What 50 new metro stations will open in Moscow in the next three years

Over the next three years, the capital’s authorities will closely engage in the construction of the metro - until the end of 2016 in Moscow it is planned to open 50 new stations.
According to the plans of the authorities, 35 stations will appear on the current lines of the subway, for example, Tagansko-Krasnopresnenskaya, Lublin-Dmitrovskaya, Sokolnichesky. Another 15 stations will be built on the third transplant circuit of the metro - the so -called second ring line. The scheme of the new subway is published by Komsomolskaya Pravda .

In 2014 - 2016, the metro will come to the "old" metropolitan areas - Solntsevo, Novo -Peredelkino, Nekrasovka, Treparevo -Knikulino, Obruchevsky and warm camp, as well as to "New Moscow" - Rumyantsevo, Salaryevo, Moscow settlements, Mosrentgen and Sosensky. The subway will even reach the Moscow region - to the city of Kotelniki. The Tagansko-Krasnopresnensky line will be extended here.

And the second ring metro will help Muscovites quickly get from one area to another. She will intersect with all radial lines. At the same time, you no longer have to make transplants through central stations. For example, if today you go from the Riga to the Aviamotornaya an average of 20 minutes, then the second ring is half as much. From the "Sokolniki" to the "Elektrozavodskaya" instead of the current 22 minutes and two transplants, it will be possible to get in just 3 minutes and without running around by crossings.

By 2020, according to the plans of the authorities, new stations will open in almost all areas of Moscow. As builders promise, nine out of ten Muscovites will live in the immediate vicinity of the subway.
