Moscow City Hall continues to ignore the Constitution of the Russian Federation

It seems that the Department of Regional Security of the Moscow Government received a direct indication of higher chiefs to make every effort to prevent mass protests in Moscow. There is no question of any pose of flowers to the Solovetsky stone.

The second time they called your humble servant (I am also among the applicants) today, October 23, at 8: 30.Thot, Mr. Strukov himself politely, but very strongly demanded an immediate answer from me, whether we agreed to the city hall’s proposals. I replied that we still did not receive any official documents from the city hall, no reasoned explanations of why the format was radically changed was heard. Therefore, while we have no reason to give a meaningful response to a proposal that does not exist. Mr. Strukov was very annoyed by such an answer, but promised that he would bring our position to his leadership. Here, in fact, is the whole conversation.
