I heard about such a phrase during the next dispute with the SK representatives about the essence of the charges. As it seems, she explains the logic of the actions of the Public Committee in the Swamp Case. Recently, two articles were published in Novaya Gazeta, revealing the vision of the events on May 6 from those who suffered from the actions of riot police , and the police themselves . For 5 months of being in a pre -trial detention center, I have talked enough with various Sherlocks Holmes from power structures and, probably, already well imagine their picture of the world. I would like to share these considerations. Another important point is that in our business the “Bolotniks of the Second Wave” - contains significantly more materials than in “12 -T.”. To date, we have already managed to get acquainted with several volumes of examinations of various wiretaps, from which it is possible to understand why the 212nd article is charged, why the events on Bolotnaya ended with such a rigid acceleration and why amnesty for the participants of "riots" is still possible.

It is not surprising that out of 100 thousand people participating in the protests, there were several people who either decided to earn money for all this, or to move to the other side, checking the obvious provocation. Well, I don’t know what can be invented better to discredit the Russian opposition than to ask the head of the Committee on Defense and the Security of the Georgian Parliament; It is possible that Lebedev is simply an idiot.

In any case, even before May 6, law enforcement officers had information that a number of participants in the protest movement were actively in contact with representatives of the Georgian political elite in order to receive financing for political activities in Russia. It is quite obvious that Givi Targamadze gave Lebedev money not so that democracy would be established in Russia, but pursuing his rather clear goals. But the problem is that Lebedev was no one. Of course, he wanted to seem to be a man who decides something, but who knew him before the “anatomy of protest”? For the same reason, he was not very interesting to our Chekists. Well, there is some secondary character who bred Georgians for money - this is not a large -scale conspiracy. In fact, all participants in this game needed to draw into it a person who has a real political weight. And such a man turned out to be Udaltsov.

Why did he agree to contact these people is not very clear, but it is obvious that the weight of this story has grown significantly. At the same time, it does not follow from the wiretaps that are in the case file, that someone was discussing any actions that could be qualified as mass riots before May 6. The essence of the conversation was to discuss the political situation in Russia. The "attackers" came to the conclusion that the authorities do not react to rallies and the situation must be "exacerbated" at the expense of unauthorized shares. That is, Udaltsov told his standard agenda - well, everyone remembers these: “Comrades, let's not diverge after the rally,” - when everyone leaves home, and Seryoga is delayed.

But these themselves are not very patriotic negotiations that do not fall under any articles of the Criminal Code, so the special services have been waiting for a more successful moment when the information received can be used more efficiently. And such a moment came on May 6, 2012.

Why was there such a hard acceleration?

The decision to bring riot police from the regions, to change the agreed plan of the rally was most likely based on the expectations of a repetition of the script, which was at a rally on March 5 on Pushkinskaya Square: well, this standard "do not disperse after the rally." That is why the square was blocked and various obstacles were created for the normal event. Of course, the inauguration also played a role that built a scheme in the heads of law enforcement officers, according to which the opposition had the last chance to change something on May 6. It is worth recalling the action planned on the same day on Manezhnaya Square, whose participants actively wrote on the Internet about the need to "go to the Kremlin." Therefore, it is not surprising that when a sedentary strike began, the FAS team was given. In general, I noticed that the closer the person in the law enforcement hierarchy to make decisions, the more surrealism is in his head; Perhaps they seriously thought that someone would go to the Kremlin.

Why exactly the 212nd article?

Probably, it is already obvious to everyone that there were no mass riots on May 6. This fact directly follows from the decisions to attract all of us as accused under the 8th century. The Criminal Code, according to which any act can be recognized as criminal if it meets all the criteria of the corresponding article of the Code. That is, we are accused of some other unrest, but not those that were described in the 212th article. In some cases, it would be possible to calculate Article 213 - “hooliganism”: there are just the objects used as a weapon, for example, stones, and resistance to police officers during execution. It was precisely the hooliganism that the police chiefs on the facts of the events of May 6 spoke.

But the problem is that hooliganism cannot be planned and organized in advance. This is by definition a spontaneous and unmotivated action. There are no organizers as part of this article, as in Article 212, and then it turns out that this whole story with Lebedev and Georgians would have gone nowhere. Therefore, they thought for some time and charged "mass riots."

At the same time, they did not immediately detain the "organizers". Obviously, they waited for the "revolutionaries" to communicate and get on their own for another article. Time passed. Udaltsov and Razvozhaev went to Minsk. In some kind of delirium they spoke about hundreds of mythical rneshniks storming the Kremlin, the opposition camps and the like. Here the puzzle and turned out completely. But the important point is that from the case materials it does not follow that all these strange people planned in advance riots in Bolotnaya Square. Moreover, there is a direct indication in the wiretaps that this is not so. Udaltsov, for example, says that he, in principle, was against a sedentary strike.

Most likely Lebedev admitted to organizing unrest in Bolotnaya, because this was a prerequisite for the transaction with the investigation. There are no other evidence other than evidence in the materials.

Why amnesty is possible

For political considerations, you can make any articles, but for those who can read, see and hear, it is obvious that the "swamps" are the same participants in the riots as the Greenpeisers are pirates.

If the goal was to intimidate the opposition, then, probably, they can record success. In any case, Navalny promised not to burn torches. But seriously, such things - and it seems even to understand this - only increase the number of supporters of the opposition, and an amnesty for them is a very rational choice, not to mention the fact that it is not very clear how to technically complete the processes with so many “victims” and witnesses.
