According to the investigation, in August of this year, Dubrovsky met on social networks with a young girl. Introducing himself with a modeling agent, the deputy lured her to his rented apartment, there he photographed a minor gymnast several times naked, law enforcement officers say. After that, the deputy allegedly forced her to sexual acts, threatening to post piquant pictures on the Internet. A little later, in the investigation, they announced: the deputy not only forced the girl - he allegedly still managed to rape her.

According to Dubrovsky, as soon as he stated the media that he had false accusations, the investigation "shut up his mouth" and accused him of seduction, "finally smearing a good name."

The deputy claims that prosecutors and investigators have evidence that he did not commit any crime. Dubrovsky also insists that the crime incriminated to him is the fruit of the fantasy of the girl called the victim.

“Despite the fact that I was and I am in the investigative isolator , without the opportunity to justify myself, without the right of a word, without communication with relatives and friends, with the help of my lawyers I was able to submit documentary evidence that the crimes that I have been accused were not committed,” Dubrovsky emphasized.
