The Federal State Statistics Service (Rosstat) submitted data according to which the entrepreneurial confidence index reflecting the generalized state of entrepreneurial behavior falls in all sectors of the Russian economy, except for mining, but it does not grow there, reports Finmarket .
The manufacturing industry felt worst, where the total index amounted to minus 5%. In September, this indicator was minus 3%, in August - minus 1%; Before that he hesitated about zero.
The negative zone was the mood in prey: minus 2%over October, in September this figure was 1%, before that it was 4%since April.
In organizations engaged in the production and distribution of electricity, gas and water, the entrepreneurial confidence index in October grew to 9% from 8% in September (waiting for the heating season), but if you exclude the seasonal factor, it also decreased from minus 2% to minus 4%.
The share of pessimistic in relation to the assessment of the current economic situation of respondents in mineral extraction exceeds the share of optimists by 6 percentage points and 4 percentage points in manufacturing industries.
The main reason is no demand
According to managers, in October 2013, the balance of assessments of the demands of product demand (orders) in mining industries amounted to minus 19%, in manufacturing industries - minus 34% (a year ago, these indicators were minus 8% and minus 21%, respectively).
The average level of loading of production capacities, according to the interviewed managers, was 63%in October. 92% of respondents believe that their production capacities will ensure the satisfaction of the demand for products expected in the next six months, and 10% of them indicate the redundancy of existing capacities.
The increase in production in mineral extraction is most interfered with a high level of taxation, as well as poor demand abroad. Low demand for products also prevents the development of processing.
The entrepreneurial confidence index is published by Rosstat on the basis of a monthly survey of the leaders of several thousand large and medium -sized industrial enterprises in Russia.
