According to Churov, it is impossible to prevent agitation on the Internet. At the same time, he is sure that the lack of "day of silence" will not interfere with free will. If agitation is carried out in a civilized way, then this does not bother anyone. In Germany, for example, there is no "day of silence", the head of the CEC said.

At the same time, the commission claims the absence of any specific proposals for the abolition of the "Day of Silence". “So far, there are all any formulated specific proposals. This is at the discretion of legislators.
