Google's corporation introduced the "second -generation" smart "glasses. “We will show better than telling,” the statement said on the project page in Google+. The developers limited themselves to a brief description of the new model and published a couple of pictures of Google Glass.

The device has one headphone, which, if desired, can be disconnected.
Google noted what exactly such a device users will receive when exchanging an old model for a new one later this year, Gazeta.Ru reports.

Recall that the first -generation Google Glass is equipped with a speaker, which conveys sound based on bone conductivity technology. The vibration sensor built into the frame of glasses is responsible for the "delivery" notifications and melodies directly to the hearing body. Vibrations can reach different bones: behind the eyes, above the nose or next to the eyebrows.

It is also known that the second generation of points will be compatible with ordinary lenses. Whether some changes have occurred in the filling of the gadget are not yet specified.

The developers who have been testing the experimental Glass Explorers model since February will be able to hand over their device in a few weeks, receiving in return Glass-2. This service is free, but they can use it only once.

It is expected to go to the wide sale of Google Glass in the spring of 2014, and they will cost less than Explorers - about 300-500 dollars.
