The Moscow City Court deprived the Rosbalt news agency certificate of registration of the media, thus satisfying the lawsuit of Roskomnadzor.

According to ITAR-TASS , today, October 31, only the resolution of the decision was announced, the motivating part will be issued to the parties later.

In Roskomnadzor, they clarify that Rosbalt can continue to work as an Internet portal or re-register as the media.

Rosbalt lawyers intend to appeal the decision of the Moscow City Court in the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation. “We will now develop the tactics of further actions. As soon as we receive all official documents within five days, of course, we will appeal these decisions in the Supreme Court, ”said Nikolai Ulyanov, editor -in -chief of the news agency.

In addition, the lawyer Dmitry Firsov noted, “we regard the current decision of the Moscow City Court as pressure on the Tagansky court, where the legality of the requirements made by Roskomnadzor, as well as the Kuntsevsky court, will be considered a complaint about the decision of the justice of the peace.” The defender emphasized that the request for the suspension of suspension of the case in connection with the indicated court hearings was rejected.

The basis for the claim of Roskomnadzor was two warning issued by the department regarding the posting on the website of the video from YouTube containing obscene vocabulary - about the video “Girls sang a new song” for the publication “Pussy Riot defiled oil tower” and the video “Dzhigit from Krasnodar” for the publication “In Krasnodar, the townspeople delayed the Buyny South with an ax. " Roskomnadzor considers these violations sufficient for recalling the media certificate of registration.

On October 25, the justice of the peace in the Kuntsevsky district, Sergei Astakhov , found the guilt of the editor -in -chief of Rosbalt Nikolai Ulyanov under the article of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation “Violation of the procedure for the distribution of the products of the media containing obscene abuse” and fined it by 20 thousand rubles.

On November 11, the Tagan court of Moscow will consider the legality of the warnings made by Roskomnadzor.
