Discussion on visa facilitation with the EU

November 5 at 18:45 at the Higher School of Economics will host an open discussion “Overcoming Boundaries. Dialogue between Russia and the EU on the simplification and liberalization of the visa regime. The event is hosted by the EU-Russia Civil Society Forum.
