Anonymous against the mafia: new website Mafialeaks

Italian programmers launched a site for posting organized crime information - Mafialeaks.

The creators hope that the victims of racketeers and the mafiosi offended by the accomplices will post criminal secrets on the site. All information posted on the site will go through an anonymous Internet access network Tor. Programmers will also hide their names. The site was created by less than ten people at their own expense in their free time.

The local police approved the idea, but expressed a fear that the mafiosi will post slanderous information themselves in order to reduce personal scores.
