The novel was the chief of the Central Headquarters in the “Young Guard of United Russia” and answered there - an almost official wording - “beyond the street”. The street is the safety of mass shares, which is traditionally connected with the communities of football hooligans in movements of this type, and the hooligans, as a rule, are the same - the same - the “young guard”, which is “ours”, which is young for Russia. In the “Young Guard”, Tereshkov was responsible for interaction with the near -football.

He was sent from the Young Guard headquarters at the end of November 2010, two or three weeks after the attempt on me. The phrase “The Kashin case hangs on Tereshko” I heard several times from people who are well informed about the affairs of the “Young Guard”. When I asked my investigators (there were still many of them, now there is one - an investigative group from one person), whether Roman Tereshkov appears in the case file, they replied that yes, it appears - there is a protocol confirming that Tereshkov was one of those who tried to find my home address in the fall of 2010. He gave money to some policeman, the policeman wrote a request on his behalf, then the policeman was interrogated, and he pointed to Tereshkova. Tereshkova was also interrogated, he said that he wanted to find me to invite me to a press tour.

My well -wishers broke him, so dangerous that after meeting with them Roman Tereshkov was hiding for a year and a half.

We searched for him for a year and a half - I and Maxim Solopov from Gazeta.ru. I talked with the father of the novel on the phone and met with his ex -girlfriend - both the girl and the father told the same thing: I disappeared, I did not come out for connection, I got into a strange story before disappearance. In the spring of 2011, someone abducted him, took him into the forest with a bag on his head, beat, broke the ribs, then threw it in the forest. Maxim Solopov wrote about this on the old Openspace, I knew that. What I did not know - that Tereshkova was not just beaten in that forest, but they asked: "Who ordered you Kashina?" That is, he was abducted and broke his ribs, so dangerous, so dangerous that immediately after meeting with them, Roman Tereshkov, the municipal, by the way, the deputy, fled from Moscow and hid a year and a half.

After a year and a half, he stopped hiding, on the contrary, judging by the resumed successful political career, he now has nothing to fear. Something has fundamentally changed, and this is not such an unexpected change as one might think. I was warned about her directly; I think two years is a sufficient statute of limitations to tell about the case.

The Federal Security Service is engaged in the prompt support of the attempt on me. FSB operatives talked with me several times in the building of the Investigative Committee, and our last meeting happened in the fall of 2011 on a neutral territory - just in a cafe. I have no experience of this kind, so I easily admit that it didn’t happen at that time, but everything looked like in a movie: I made an appointment in one cafe, I came, they called me - and now go outside, then turn right, then the second cafe after turning, we are there. I don’t remember the dates, but it was somewhere in the interval between Putin-Medvedevsky Roking and Bolotnaya, and this is important because the conversation was such that if I had not seen these people before, I would have thought that these were not operatives, but political scientists. They explained to me in open text (although I myself guessed) that the large -scale and qualitative investigation of my case was primarily due to the intervention of President Medvedev, who immediately after the attempt made several public statements on my opinion, and after a few months, when I was able to walk, met with me and repeated the same for me personally. After the attempt, a year passed, Medvedev formally still president, but in fact - it is clear who. And the Chekists told me that after Medvedev left, no one would investigate my business, because (and this is also a literal quote) "influential people are involved in the case." But here, too, nothing new sounded, I myself knew that customers of crime are influential people, but you would call at least these people.

Once he uttered a code phrase traditional for unsolved cases: "We hope for some happy chance."

Six months later, it became clear that no one would call anyone. The first to disappear were the Chekists. Formally, they still accompany the case, but what this manifests itself, even the investigator from the UK cannot say. With my lawyer Ramil Akhmetgaliev, we petitioned a meeting with operatives several times. The last rejection of the investigator came three weeks ago, and I am not even offended by him. I understand perfectly well that if he satisfied the petition, it would have turned out completely awkward - they would not have met with us anyway, and there is at least a formally preserved person of the investigator, as if it were his decision, and not their. So he himself complained to us many times that the Chekists did not want to meet with him when he asks them about it.

The latest news from the FSB were in February and concerned another novel related to the Street, the famous Verbitsky from the Spartaks “gladiators”, who once had a search in my case at home in connection that the employee of “ours” who then lived with Verbitsky in the fall of 2010 also found out my address through familiar policemen. In February, referring to the Chekists, the investigator said that they would like to talk to him, but the trouble was-he disappeared like Terengov, they are looking for, they cannot find it, but, according to them, they continue to search.

It so coincided that just on the eve of the conversation with the investigator, one of my comrade also told me about Roman Verbitsky. In the institution in which my comrade happens several times a week, he constantly sees Verbitsky, who, not hiding from anyone, comes there in his car, spends a lot of time there, everyone knows him, everyone sees. I called my friend right from the office, asked the name of the establishment and address, wrote down, gave it to the investigator. The investigator pretended to be very grateful for the help.

The authorities do not want to catch and punish these people and, most likely, knows them by name.

It was in February, since then the investigator and I saw each other two or three times. Once he uttered a code phrase traditional for unsolved cases-“we hope for some happy chance”: that is, besides chance, there is nothing that would ensure the disclosure of the case. The investigator will learn the rest of the news from me. I read this in the news that Roman Ternyushkov became the vice-mayor of Balashikha, I found this a Seliger guard who looked like a photobot of an attacking on me, among the participants in a strange fight with Sergei Udaltsov in the Revolution Square in the winter of 2012. I told the investigator that the first person from the near -football refused to testify in my case, who collaborated with the pro -Kremlin youth movements from the time of “walking together” and brought everyone else, including the elusive Ribitsky’s novel, now became the chairman of the Council of Deputies in the prominent (by the way, an additional mystery - why, after the collapse of the pro -Kremlin youths in their previous, the Surkovsky time. The form of their most odious heroes grouped around the new governor near Moscow - now he, instead of Yakemenko, or what?).

The traditional (almost new physicists and lyrics) The conflict between journalists and activists personally resolved myself for me. Probably, I should admit aloud that the “Kashin case” has not left me the opportunity to be a journalist for a long time, and I’ve been an activist for three years. I want the names of people who organized and carried out an attempt on my life three years ago to be named, and these people themselves are imprisoned. I see that the power that exists in the Russian Federation now does not want to catch and punish these people and, most likely, knows them by name - I can not explain the words about “influential people” or the subsequent self -removal of the Ephesians. Thus, I am personally interested in changing the authorities in the Russian Federation. It's a pity that I am alone.
