The arguments of the “collective sages”: Putin beat Obama in Syrian chess, sophisticated won by the United States in a situation with Snowden and strengthened his power over Russia.

Still, it is good that Putin fans in Russia are several orders of magnitude less than the fans of Spartak. Otherwise, judging by the religious ecstasy into which, the right of the word, the right of federal television channels and the Kremlin political scientists, could do something destructive, fell on this, a very, small reason. “The whole world, all countries, all world leaders go in the fairway of Russia and its leader,” is the most restrained comment, which these days sounded from their mouths.

Victories are different. There are winners who are not at all happy about their “victories”. The Guinness Book of Records, for example, every year calls the most fat man of the Earth. This is always a sad sight, such a “record holder” deserves compassion. Is the most influential good or bad? What is the essence of the modern phenomenon of influence in general and Putin's influence in particular? "Has strengthened his control over Russia?" The thesis is more than controversial, given the mess and corruption, which are really strengthened. Putin, of course, controls the State Duma and the Federation Council to a greater extent than Obama controls Congress and the Senate. But the country, the processes in it ... but even if he “strengthened”, then what? In terms of control of his country, Putin is clearly inferior to Kim Jong -un, Castro, Karimov and a dozen dictators, whose power is even more absolute than that of Putin. If Forbes journalists are guided by the criterion for total control over their country, then the most influential people of the 20th century were undoubtedly Hitler and Stalin. This is what you need to strive for?

What else is Putin's asset? Syria? Murder in this country continues, and Russian initiatives did not stop him. Snowden's exposure? And where does Putin? Or is it his spy? Then there is a clear meaning about this openly and in this case reap honored laurels. In reality, we have a clear loss of controllability in Russia, a sharp drop in influence in the post -Soviet space, where the Baltic states is a continuous phantom pain, the Belarusian Old Man himself “translates”, Ukraine, Moldova and Georgia run away at the EU at different speeds, and it is not clear where to put the commercial in the notorious phrase “you can’t be friends.”

It would be very easy to dump everything in a failure in the coordinates of the “collective wisdom” of Forbes editors. You never know journalists and not only them! The problem in the general crisis of the institute of leadership and moral authority in the modern world. The Nobel Prize of the World is periodically awarded to people, for which peacefulness is as characteristic as for the cannibal humanity. Between Andrei Dmitrievich Sakharov and mother Teresa, the world award, for example, received Anvar Sadat, who sometimes appeared in public in a tie decorated with swastikas. Immediately after Nelson Mandela, Yasir Arafat, one of the most bloody terrorists on Earth, received the Mandera Award. In 1917, the Nobel Committee miraculously escaped the award of the Mir Penetor to Vladimir Lenin, whose candidacy exhibited Norway for the exit of Russia from the war. From this shame, the Nobel Committee “saved” the Civil War, which began almost immediately after the Lenin “decree on the world”.

Putin’s awarding the title of the most influential person of the planet, in my opinion, has become a symbol of several processes, of which the conjuncture in the use of all sorts of bonuses and the general failure of landmarks are far from the most important. With Putin, everything is more or less clear, but that, the presentation of the Obama Prize was so much less challenge? Yes, probably smaller, but much?

In the 21st century, the problem of crushing political leaders around the world was exposed. Compare the scale of Churchill, Roosevelt, Gandhi, de Gaulle, Thatcher with the current, with any of them. Compare the texts, quotes, the depth of thought. There is a feeling that this grinding is an objective, socio-anthropological character, just as physical condition and personal combat qualities have lost their role in the formation of the feudal elite. In the formation of today's political leader, political technology and PR, sort of inflatable muscles, against which the real ones look pale, play a hypertrophied role. Probably, this is thus some progress in the political sphere, but this progress looks very unaesthetic as the representative of the progressive estate Galanterer Bonasier compared to the brave and charming representative of the reactionary noble estate, in Dumas’s novel. And how insignificant the first mammals looked compared to magnificent dinosaurs! True, the grinding of elites in Russia, if it is some kind of zigzag of progress, then too ornate, not reminiscent of a lamark staircase, but rather crazy Mobius tape. This is especially visible when comparing the politicians of the 90s and zero.

The roads are non -incredible, along which good and truth come to the world. Last week, they appeared in the program "Duel" by Vladimir Solovyov. Soloviev is not at all to blame. He honestly tried to create another muck and lies. He tried. He made every effort, all his talent for the manipulator and falsifier, to once again create a myth of the damned nineties, blessed zero and triumphal tenths. But the material from which Soloviev tried to blind this myth showed such resistance that the result was something exactly the opposite. Irina Khakamad was invited as a symbol of the political elite of the 90s. On behalf of the zero and tenths, Sergey Zheleznyak went to the “duel”. The theme of the transfer was formally the problem of the role of parliament in Russia, it really turned out to be a comparison of Russian political elites in the Yeltsin and Putin periods.

Of course, there was no fight. There was a beating of a political baby Zheleznyak by an experienced politician Irina Khakamada. The baby opened his mouth, squeaked and tried to bite. Soloviev hung on Hakamad, grabbed her hands, trying to prevent her from finishing off the opponent and ending the battle for an obvious advantage. Everything is in vain.

First compared legislative activities. Khakamada listed what was done in her deputy time: a civil, tax, family, arbitration procedural codes, several constitutional and more than a thousand basic laws of the Russian Federation were adopted.

Her opponent had to answer with dignity. And then Zheleznyak was not at a loss and laid out his main trump card: it turns out that on his initiative, a law was adopted on the ban on obscene vocabulary in the media. He really has something to be proud of. Firstly, the scale of the problem! And secondly, effectiveness! Under this law, the Rosbalt news agency was just deprived of the registration. True, the laurels of the Toptygin 1st, who became famous for the devastation of Chizhik, the Zheleznyak, apparently, will not be able to claim, since Rosbalt, like the rest of the media, will now simply ignore idiotic (and at the same time, alas, and quite normal) laws will work without any registration, because it is not particularly necessary for working on the Internet, namely, the whole independent press is moving on the Internet today.

Since the ban on Mata in the media, even in the picture of the Zheleznyak world, apparently, he did not really outweigh several codes and constitutional laws adopted by his predecessors, the “unicorn” tensed and issued that it probably was supposed to show the incommensurability of the contribution to the creation of the legal foundation of Russia of two deputy corps: Yeltsin and Putinsky.

With the view of the grandmaster, who puts the opponent Mat, Zheleznyak said: “And here Putin recently signed my law, according to which it is forbidden to sell SIM cards with your hands!” Zheleznyak probably thought that everyone gasped, learning what a seasoned law they gave with Putin to the country, and therefore was somewhat surprised to hear the friendly laughter of not only opponents, but also the hall, and even the stray giggling Solovyov.

No, Solovyov, he had to give him his due, honestly tried to equalize the chances, constantly beat the hacamad, as they say, “not according to the thesis, but according to the Face,” recalling either Chubais, then the slogan “Putin - to the presidency, Kiriyenko to the Duma”, with which the ATP went to the elections in 1999. Irina Mutsuovna, with a samurai endurance, held all the blows and, shaking off Solovyova again, sent a Logny question to the next knockdown with a lung issue about how many presidential initiatives rejected the State Duma with his participation, or about “no place for discussions”, or about why, having a parliamentary majority, the current parliamentarians constantly cut their The powers in favor of the president.

Against the will of Solovyov, the “duel” turned out to be very good. He clearly showed the comparative characteristics of the political elites of the Yeltsin and Putin eras. With all the obvious shortcomings and even vices of the Yeltsin elite, the bearer of which was Irina Khakamada, the scale was simply incomparable. Putin's regime has formed a unique deputy corps. In the nineties there were both deputies-criminal and deputies-clown. The surnames of Glushchenko and Marychev, Zhirinovsky and Mavrodi will serve political scientists for a long time as examples for such parliamentary types. But still, personalities prevailed in the nineties in the deputy corps-such as Khakamada and Yavlinsky, Gaidar and Travkin, Ryzhkov and Sheinis

The stripping of the political field under Putin led to the fact that only the simplest political organisms were able to survive in this environment, in principle incapable of more or less meaningful behavior, and those who are more complicated were forced to mimic under the simplest. A striking example of such meaningless deputy behavior last week was demonstrated by the unicorn deputy Evgeny Fedorov.

The draft law, which was introduced by Evgeny Fedorov, together with deputy Romanov, is so absurd that it is impossible to introduce him to adopted and current. But, since several such legal absurdities have already been accepted before our eyes (for example, what is the point of laying material collective responsibility on the family and close sunset, who is already going to death and do not care about money?), We need to talk about it, because, God forbid, they will accept it under the noise. The essence of the idea of ​​a deputy Fedorov, who became famous for considering the entire Russian power by agents of foreign influence, is that all Russian media force to join some self -regulatory organizations. And without this, the media cannot even register.

That is, you wanted to register the media, and before that you need to join a journalistic collective farm that will control you. That is, before the birth of the child, he should be accepted into pioneers. The minimum number of this collective farm at the federal level is one and a half thousand media, at the regional - at least three hundred. Each edition must submit to a certain compensation fund at least 300 thousand rubles, if it is a federal media, and at least 50 thousand, if regional.

It is clear that the main motive of the authors of this law (text that has the form of the law, but is clearly not such), is to clean the journalistic field to its level. But these people do not understand what the media is, how, at least approximately, the media field of Russia looks, that their brainchild, in principle, can not be applied to this field. What is ten thousand dollars, for example, for the editorial office of the All -Russian magazine "Knowledge - Power"? Or the magazine "Technique - Youth"? This is the money that many media do not see in the eye. Three hundred media, minimally necessary for the regional collective farm, for many regions of Russia, this is almost all living things that are published and broadcast, and in some regions this number will not be set. That is, if you imagine for a minute that this ridiculous text will receive the status of the law, then more than half of the media will be eliminated, or rather, will lose the status of the media. Mostly state, advertising media and glamorous glossy will remain. Maybe this is exactly the media landscape, against which the deputies like Fedorov and the same Zheleznyak will feel comfortable? The price of their comfort, however, is high.

And most importantly, it is not clear why this murderous stripping by the method of the corral of everyone in the collective farm is needed? Indeed, the available means of mass and individual destruction of the media is enough to completely eradicate the journalistic dissent in Russia. Rosbalt eliminated the mat. Glavred was replaced by Glavred in Gazeta.ru, and she became the Izvestia clone. Kommersant holding moves in a good pace in the same direction. "Vedomosti" are put up for sale, and it does not cost anything to slam them. A little harder to destroy dissent on the Internet. But this is not achieved by the methods of the journalistic collective farm named after Fedorov. Let's hope that this is a purely PR initiative, so that they do not forget that there is such a deputy Fedorov. Okay, do not forget. Well, we will not forgive, of course.

There is still a fundamental difference between the grinding of politicians in Russia and in the rest of the world. In Russia, this is a man -made process, clearly caused by a focused selection, as a result of which a completely special breed of people is bred: the Putin's policy. As said in an ancient joke, really, really, to the mice ...
