The activist was detained at the May Day procession for the distribution of the party newspaper and a demonstration of the flag of another Russia. A case of an attack on the district OP "Central" Denis Vasin was fabricated against him. Judge Elena Mordvinkina leads the process.
The previous meeting was held on November 5 . During him, three defense witnesses were interrogated: the first is a deputy of the Tver City Duma, the second is the assistant to the deputy of the regional legislative assembly, the third is the secretary of the Communist Party regional committee. All of them refuted the accusations brought by Cherepovsky, saying that the other Russia did not apply any violence to Vasin.
In addition, the lawyer of Politzek Svetlana Sidorkina attracted to participate in the process of a psychologist, who remotely tested the activist according to the methods used in the Federal Penitentiary Service. At the hearings on November 5, an expert - the lieutenant colonel of the internal service - presented the conclusion according to which Cherepovsky is psychologically stable, is not inclined to violence and does not need to correct behavior.
