Dynara Bilyalova, the defendant in the case of the Oboronservice case, concluded a deal with the investigation, Kommersant reports . Like her predecessor as the general director of the Center for Legal Support "Expert" Ekaterina Smetanova, she testified to the former head of the Department of Property Relations of the Ministry of Defense Yevgeny Vasilieva. According to the publication, it was the evidence of Smetanova and Bilyalova that allowed the investigation to bring the final accusation to Vasilyeva.
Meanwhile, the newspaper notes, in the system of the Ministry of Defense Billyalov entered precisely according to the patronage of Vasilyeva, with whom she was on friendly relations. Initially, she worked as a referent in the Department of Property Relations, and in January 2012, on behalf of her friend, she changed Smetanov, who was on the rollback, as the general director of the "expert". Soon, the "expert" was renamed Mira LLC, but the company's occupation remained the same - the search for customers to sell the assets of the military department recognized by non -core.
For her services, Bilyalov, like Smetanova, took about 5 percent of the cost of the object. She sold, in particular, the complex of buildings of the Main Directorate of the Arrangement of Troops in the Bolshoi Predtechensky Lane and the building of the Central Military Experimental Cartographic Factory No. 439 in Yakimanka. In both cases, according to the investigation, the buildings were sold to “their” customers at a price underestimated by hundreds of millions of rubles. The total amount of illegal income received by the "world" from the Ministry of Defense is estimated at about 123 million rubles.
Bilyalova was arrested in June 2013. Part 4 of Article 159 of the Criminal Code (fraud on an especially large scale) was imputed. At the end of September, however, the accused was softened by the preventive measure, freeing from the pre -trial detention center.
On Friday, Vasilyeva’s lawyer Khasan-Ali Korokov said that along with Smetanova, the former general director of Oboronstroy, Larisa Egorin, also went on a deal with the investigation. However, the next day, Kommersant, citing its own sources, denied this statement , noting that Egorin refused to admit guilt and judge her, despite his cooperation with the investigation, will be on a common basis.
Vasiliev herself also considers himself innocent, and therefore a deal with the investigation is also impossible for her. According to RAPSI, on Tuesday, this was once again confirmed by the lawyer of the defendant Alexander Gofstein. She is convinced that persons who have concluded pre -trial agreements on those episodes that are common with Vasilyeva are not guilty of them, ”the lawyer added.
