The FSIN also explained why it was the Krasnoyarsk Territory who was elected the place of further serving by Tolokonnikova. Earlier on Tuesday, Lukin sent a petition to the Supreme Court to revise Tolokonnikova’s sentence, as well as a complaint about the sentence of the Khamovnichesky District Court of Moscow, prepared by the protection of the political prisoner. According to Khrunova, on November 5, the complaint was transferred to the apparatus of Lukin, who agreed to support the application.
