The Investigative Committee will once again check Tolokonnikova’s statement about threats

The decision to refuse to open a criminal case on the application of the member of "Pussy Riot" Nadezhda Tolokonnikova about death threats from the administration of Correctional Colony No. 14 in Mordovia has been cancelled. This is stated in a letter sent by the Investigative Committee to Tolokonnikova's defense, Interfax reports. As follows from the document, on October 29, that is, five days after the official refusal to open a criminal case, the material was sent for additional verification. The reasons for the cancellation of the decision, as well as the timing of the additional verification, the lawyer is not yet known, the agency reports.
