The program of Switzerland, an honorary guest of the 15th International Fair of Intellectual Literature Non/Fiction, includes meetings with famous writers and playwrights, children's exhibition and film screenings.
From November 27 to December 1, Switzerland will offer visitors to the Non/Fiction Fair in the Central House of the Artist on the Crimean Val. The following events:
Meetings with Swiss writers and playwrights
Metin Arditi, Charles Levinsky, Lucas Barfus, Mikhail Shishkin and about ten other Swiss authors will come to Moscow to conduct discussions about the role of women and women's literature, about the Swiss multilingualism and identity, about the political engagement of the modern writer and relevant topics for creativity. In total, about 30 catwalk discussions and meetings with readers will take place.
Swiss bookstore
The Swiss bookstore will work throughout the fair at the stand of Switzerland. The Swiss Union of book publishers and books of books (SBVV) will present the main publishers of the country here.
Exhibition of children's book illustration
As part of the special children's program, the Swiss publishing house La Joie de Lire will present an exhibition of works by children's book illustrators from Switzerland.
Cinema screenings of modern Swiss films
The film concert hall will show paintings created on the basis of outright Swiss books, documentary and children's cinema, as well as a selection of documentaries receiving prizes at international festivals.
