Vasilieva: They don't amnesty

The defendant of the case of the "Oboronservice" Yevgeny Vasilieva does not count on an amnesty. "As for the amnesty against me, it will not be - otherwise a social explosion," Vasilieva said in an interview with Vedomosti . For the same reason, investigators refused to return to her the picture seized during the search. “The investigator said that if this happens,“ there will be a social explosion, ”Vasilieva said.

The former head of the property and apparatus of the Ministry of Defense considers his case as fabricated. The importance of the price of real estate sold to her is an average of 13 percent and is within the error of the assessment, says Vasilieva. She confirmed that she was not going to testify against the former Minister of Defense Anatoly Serdyukov. According to Vasilyeva, she does not support personal relations with Serdyukov.

The defendants in the case of the Oboronservice case Ekaterina Smetanov and Dinara Bilyalova made a deal with the investigation under pressure, Vasilieva said. Other defendants do not admit guilt, she emphasized.

In the final version of Vasilyeva’s prosecution, four articles are incriminated - fraud on an especially large scale (part 4 of Article 159), abuse of powers (Article 286), abuse of powers (Article 201) and washing criminal proceeds (Article 174).

Vasiliev is accused of 12 crimes. In total, the member of the organized crime group, which, presumably, was Vasiliev, is charged with 36 crimes. According to the Investigative Committee, the damage from their activities exceeds 3 billion rubles. Currently, the investigation of even more than 20 crimes committed by this group of people is ongoing.

On November 2, Vasilieva published an open letter in which she insists on her innocence. "There can be no talk of guilty in this case. Since there is no fault. Moreover, none of the so -called participants of the organized criminal group, which is indicated in the criminal case regarding property. Moreover, there is no organizational group. And the most interesting is Russia's damage. All transactions were committed in the manner prescribed by law and are not recognized by any reason. There can be no talk of any criminal case, ”says, in particular, in a letter. Vasilieva also expressed confidence that the purpose of what was happening is to "defame the honor and dignity (ex -minister of defense of Anatoly) Serdyukov."

On Monday, the Moscow City Court will consider the issue of further suppression of Vasilyeva. The investigation insists on extending house arrest, while the accused will get acquainted with the case file. The defense is convinced that on November 23 Vasilieva should be released due to the expiration of the deadline for the detention.

On November 1, the Investigative Committee said that the defendants began to familiarize themselves with the materials of the criminal case, but Vasiliev was delaying this process . In turn, lawyer Khasan Korokov rejected the claims for delaying Vasilyeva’s acquaintance with the criminal case, noting that so far they received only two volumes of the case with the client.
