Artist Denis Limonov detained in Moscow

Action artist Denis Limonov was detained in Moscow and they want to deport him to Belarus. Limonov was detained on Pushkin Square at about 4 p.m. The reason for the detention was the police checking the documents of citizens of “informal appearance”. After being delivered to the police department, Limonov was found in the base. At the moment, the detainee is in the Tagansky police department. This was announced by the Belarusian journalist and artist Alexander Kolesnikov. Tomorrow at 9 am Limonov will be taken to the prosecutor's office, after which the deportation procedure can be launched.

Recall that on December 31, 2011, on the air of the Dozhd TV company, Denis Limonov read out an official appeal to the Prosecutor General of Belarus in which he took responsibility for the terrorist attacks in Minsk and Vitebsk, which killed 15 people.
