The publication compared prices for APPM for the period from September 2012 to September 2013. According to companies that serve 92 percent of subscribers, the APPM indicator for this period increased by 0.5 kopecks to 1.045 rubles. In the third quarter of 2012, the average cost per minute of mobile operator services was 1.04 rubles. The publication noted that the cost of servicing all operators is rising, except for Tele2, which has not raised prices since the fall of 2012.

In July-September 2013, subscribers of Russian cellular companies collectively paid 300 million rubles more than for the same volume of services in the third quarter of 2012. At the same time, subscribers increase the number of services consumed. In particular, one MTS client accounts for 337 minutes on the network per month, compared to 332 minutes a year earlier. Beeline subscribers were online for 290 minutes in the third quarter, compared to 282 minutes in 2012, and MegaFon customers were an exception - they spent 300 minutes online in the third quarter of 2013, compared to 301 minutes a year earlier.

In the summer of 2010, Vesti.az published a study by MForum Analytics, from which it followed that the APPM indicator in the Russian cellular market in the first quarter of 2010 increased by 4 cents compared to the first quarter of 2009.
