The Moscow City Court found the deceased woman guilty of an accident with the car of the LUKOIL vice-president

The Moscow City Court today upheld the verdict, according to which Olga Alexandrina, who died in an accident on Leninsky Prospekt, was found guilty of violating traffic rules, RAPSI reports .

So, the court rejected the complaint of the defenders of Alexandrina's relatives, who asked to cancel the verdict and reconsider the case itself.

The father of the deceased in the accident, Sergei Alexandrin, said that the trial convinced him of the innocence of his daughter.

On July 5, the Gagarin Court found Olga Aleksandrina guilty under Part 3 of Article 264 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.

In February 2010, an accident occurred on Leninsky Prospekt involving a Citroen and Mercedes S500 car, in which at that time LUKOIL Vice President Anatoly Barkov was. As a result of the incident, a Citroen passenger and the driver of the car, Vera Sidelnikova and Olga Alexandrina, died.
