Bastrykina booed in the Sorbonne

According toRFI , the round table “Personal and investigation in the reforms of the criminal procedure in the Russian Federation and in France” turned into a political action.

French students studying law, conference with Professor Bastrykin, ignored, but Russian political emigrants, human rights activists and activists came to ask their questions.

Among those who were interested in the participants of the round table were torture in Russian pre -trial detention centers, about the crew of the Arctic Sunrise vessel and Sergey Krivov, one of the accused in the “swamp case”, which continues the hunger strike in the pre -trial detention center for more than two months.

The meeting was also attended by wrestlers with plagiarism from the Russian network project "Dissernet", who were interested in the authenticity of the scientific papers of the head of the IC of the Russian Federation. Answering their question, Bastrykin rejected all the accusations of plagiarism and threatened the activists with a court.

At the end of the round table, the shouts “You are a criminal” and whistle began to be heard from the audience, which is why the meeting had to be urgently stopped.
