On Tuesday, November 26, the results of the IV All -Russian competition for the best literary work for children and youth “Bookra” were summed up. His laureates were Elena Lenkovskaya, Stanislav Vostokov and Evgeny Rudashevsky.
An open jury, which included adolescents 10-16 years old, for three months read the work of the short list posted on the website and was determined in their preferences. At the same time, the jury members had to read at least five works each. The voice of each member of the jury was counted only if there was a commentary on the work. This allowed the finalist writers to find out what those who are intended for these texts really think about their texts.
The greatest number of comments was received by Alexander Green’s memory dedicated to the collection of Artem Lyakhovich “Conspiracy”. In second place is Arina's fairy tale of Freedom “Shivorot-Superior”.
At the competition "Books", both artistic and cognitive works are evaluated. In the fourth season, only one cognitive text reached the final: “Treasures of the Rifey Mountains” Art Hitch of Yekaterinburg Elena Lenkovskaya. The collection is about the wealth of the Urals, about the history of the Ural crafts.
Suddenly, it was this work that was ahead of all artistic texts and turned out to be the winner of the competition, the organizers of the competition reported .
The story of Stanislav Vostokov from the village of Mamonovo “Frosya Korovin” about the real village woman seven years old from the clan came to the second place. The third place was taken by the story of Evgeny Rudashevsky from Moscow "Hello, my brother BZOU." The work addressed to older teenagers tells about the friendship of a boy and a dolphin. The action takes place in late Soviet Abkhazia.
Commenting on the results of the season, the coordinator of the competition Ksenia Moldavskaya said: “It seems that for the first time I could not predict the results of the vote. I was struck that readers so highly appreciated the books of Elena Lenkovskaya and Evgeny Rudashevsky. In the top there were texts that tell, among other things, about national identity - apparently this is a powerful request of today. The way the jury voted once again that reading teenagers choose serious works that contribute to their development, growing up, giving a variety of life experience. Young adults do not want them to be protected from life. ”
The All -Russian contest for the best work for children and youth "Booker" was established by the Federal Air Transport Agency and the Center for Support for Domestic Literature in 2010. The prize fund "Book" is a million rubles.
