Your chance to perform at the famous club venues of Stockholm, Moscow and St. Petersburg, to present new Russian music in Scandinavia and get acquainted with leading players of the Swedish musical industry.

Why?
The most famous fact regarding modern music from Russia in the West is almost nothing about it. The level of awareness of European listeners and professionals about what is happening in Russia is extremely low.
At the same time, the ideas of young Russian artists about what music may interest the European audience are often very vague.
How the Western musical industry works, what opportunities it provides for young artists, how much these opportunities (it turns out!) Are equivalent regardless of gender, age, ethnic origin, sexual orientation, etc., etc. -About all this, the participating artists Russia: Music: Change will be able to find out in Stockholm, and then share impressions in St. Petersburg and Moscow.
What is Russia: Music: Change?
Three performances of groups that won the selection on the leading club scenes of Stockholm, St. Petersburg and Moscow. Educational visits to the leading music companies and organizations in Sweden, non -playing, participation in the seminar about the state of music in Stockholm. Be sure to participate both in the Swedish and Russian part of the program.
Who is invited to participate?
Young Russian musicians who are interested in Western experience for the development of a career in Russia and, possibly, in the West. Please carefully read the criteria below.
Can we participate?
Yes, if you can respond positively to everything (all!) The points below.
- The leader or one of the leaders of my team is a girl.
- I / we have a clearly expressed social position.
-We are active on social networks, we have a devoted fan-comet, with whom we constantly communicate and which we will talk, including about participation in the showcase.
-We can tour and perform on the stage with a composition not exceeding three or four participants.
- All participants in the team live in Russia.
-All participants in the team can be in the Stockholm-St. Petersburg-Moscow tour from February 25 to March 3, 2014.
- All members of the group have a passport, the validity of which expires no earlier than June 1, 2014.
- The average age of the team participants does not exceed 33 years.
How to take part?
Publish on this page with one post three or four compositions of your own performance and essay. The link to the video performance is also extremely desirable: amateur recording, unprofessional shooting from the studio, with a rehearsal base, home concert, etc. - welcome. As you look on stage, it is no less important than how you sound. The link to your representative offices on social networks (VKontakte, Facebook , Twitter , Instagram ) is also required. Why Sweden?
A small Scandinavian country with a population of only 9 million inhabitants is one of the undoubtedly leading musical powers of the world. Music from Sweden is the world-famous commercial pop and experimental electronic searches, well-developed dance and heavy scenes, as well as an extensive and diverse indie-comet.
The most famous fact regarding modern music from Russia in the West is almost nothing about it.
The Swedish music today is not only Benny Andersson, Roxette , The Knife, In Flames, Iamamiwhoami , Lee, Axwell/Angello/Ingrosso , Alexander Bard and dozens of other well -known names. In no way, this is an unprecedentedly developed musical industry uniting studios, recording Led Zeppelin, Rammstein and Celin Dion for decades; Hitmakers serving Lady Gaga , or clip makers working with Madonna.
Who evaluates?
Representatives of Colta.ru and Goldenzwaig Creative Solutions , relying on their experience in international musical export. The opinion of fans is welcome, but does not play a decisive role.
Who pays for what?
The organizers pay:
-international trip to Stockholm and back from Russia (Moscow/St. Petersburg);
-a trip from St. Petersburg to Moscow;
-accommodation in Stockholm, St. Petersburg (nonresident) and Moscow (nonresident) in the days of the showcase;
- transfers from/to the airport in Stockholm;
- dinners on the days of the showcase in all cities of the tour;
Disposable Swedish visas (non -group) are issued free of charge for artists - citizens of the Russian Federation. Artists - non -citizens of the Russian Federation pay for the design of visas on their own.
Artists pay:
-road from other cities of Russia to Moscow/St. Petersburg;
- rent of additional backclay in all cities of the tour (if necessary);
- an advantage on the air travel (if necessary; the permissible weight of the hand -handed baggage is 1 place weighing up to 23 kg);
- surcharge for the services of a visa center, for the urgency of a visa, etc. (additional services related to the design of the Swedish visa - if necessary).
The fees for performances are not provided: the project does not imply a commercial profit by participants or organizers.
