The organizing committee of the Ecumenical Civil Forum registered as one of its participants even our society of Russian political prisoners, but, apparently, something did not work out, and they safely forgot about their promise. So the representatives of society did not get to the forum, which, however, did not be very upset. Those who have served their term in Soviet camps for human rights activities - when Alexei Kudrin wiped his pants with a graduate student at the Institute of Economics of the USSR Academy of Sciences - do not fit into the program or, as they like to speak today, in the Kremlin paradigm.

The forum took place, the speeches sounded stormy, even stigmatized the power for its inability to find the correct development vector and for its "raids" at NPOs, including the persecution of human rights organizations as "foreign agents".

Publications with very intriguing names appeared on the Internet and the media: "Kudrin as a key of society to the vertical of Putin." But if Kudrin and the key, then the divorce, and the pillar road to which Kudrin wants to bring the people of Russia will be expensive, where the pillars will stand in the middle, and not along it. This is not far from clear to everyone, even to those who were noted at this high -society event.

Being the Minister of Finance, A. Kudrin did not move his finger to bring the Russian banking system in accordance with world standards - to this day it works according to Soviet standards! What competence in the rest of the social life of this "liberal" can we even talk? What was this forum gathering for? Talk and disperse to continue to saw the weight that Shura Balaganov saw so unsuccessfully? Dear people gathered together to express a painful and on a coffee break to tell a random journalist or visitor from the province: "Well, how long?!" So they themselves will not be able to answer this question.

What reforms can we talk about with the existing "power vertical"? The authorities themselves stopped understanding in which the coordinate system it is located. Not without the participation of the Great Liberal, A. Kudrin created a unique model of “monetization of benefits”, in which a pensioner receives a pension from the federal government, and benefits from the regional. This was more like ordinary schizophrenia, and not on a thoughtful economic decision of the government.

With his experiment, he once again confirmed the well-known rule of “conservation of energy”: if it has left somewhere, then this means that it arrived somewhere. If the people of the whole of Russia are fabulously impoverished overnight, then someone was fabulously enriched in this time.

From there, all the streams and the river of economic and political reforms in Russia take the origins, one of which is the former Minister of Finance Kudrin and his wonderful committee of civil initiatives. He is predicted to the struggle with Navalny and Prokhorov "for a place under the sun" at the "edge of liberalism", so let him fight there. Only what this is related to the people, the democratization of society, and, moreover, to the opposition.
