The new issue of the almanac contains the works of researchers related to the spread of samizdat in the USSR, Eastern Europe and the post-Soviet space.
The Almanac is a joint publication of the "International Memorial" and the State Public Historical Library.
The publication will be presented by the compilers - Boris Belenkin and Elena Strukova.
It will also be possible to purchase the pilot issue of the almanac, published in 2012 and being a bibliographic rarity.
