It is our collective unconscious of producing more and more insanity on both sides that has forced us to participate in all of this. So why are we to blame?
The fault of Artem Savelov, the most unlucky defendant in the Bolotnaya case, is that he simply came to Bolotnaya Square on May 6, 2012 and was detained there. He could not shout slogans because he stutters. The witness stated that he detained Artyom at Bolotnaya because he had fled.
Sergey Krivov, the most stubborn of the defendants, is accused of pushing a policeman. The prosecution is silent about the fact that the policeman knocked the camera out of the woman's hands five seconds before, and then pushed Krivov for reprimanding him.
Denis Lutskevich, Aleksey Polikhovich, Stepan Zimin and Andrei Barabanov are accused of trying to resist police violence. Russia generally forbids men to carry themselves like a man and protect the weak. And they are the real men in our country, men who are deprived of the right to protect. The evidence against them is more than dubious. One witness generally managed to confuse Barabanov and Polikhovich, it seems that he was instructed by his superiors before being interrogated in court, but he simply was not able to remember such a volume of information. Moreover, based on similar processes, I have reason to suspect that on the very first day of our stage, December 2, the judge will begin to refuse to call all defense witnesses. Because why? The investigation got it all figured out. It's time to end the process.
