Permm Museum received director

Elena Petrova, who previously acted as the head of the museum, became the director of the Perm Museum of Contemporary Art of Permm.

As ITAR-TASS reported in the Department of Information Policy of the Administration of the Perm Territory, a competitive commission came to this decision today.

The Ministry of Culture of Prikamye announced the All -Russian competition for the replacement of the position of director of the museum in September. The test test for candidates for this position took place on October 31: applicants answered 40 questions related to museum and relevant trends in contemporary art. According to the rules for holding a competition to participate in the second round, applicants could only correctly answer 75% of the questions.

According to the results of the first test, the competitive commission decided to admit four candidates to participate in the second round - and. O. Permm Museum Director Elena Petrova, art director of the Gallery "25'17" Marina Feldbbum, employee of the Ministry of Culture Larisa Demina and engineer-builder Alexei Malinin.

Initially, it was assumed that the results of the competition would be announced on November 16, then it was extended before December 1. But on this day, the commission did not make a decision, since it did not collect the quorum. As a result, the results of the All -Russian competition for the post of director of the PermM museum became known only today, December 2.

In June, the Perm authorities terminated the contract with the founder and director of the PermM Museum Marat Helman. Appointed acting The director of the museum curator Elena Oleinikova was dismissed without having worked in a new position. After that, acting The head of the museum was appointed by his executive director Elena Petrov.
