A resident of Primorye received 14.5 years in a colony of general regime for freezing two small daughters hunger. The 26 -year -old Olesya Zykina was found guilty of three articles of the Criminal Code - failure to fulfill the duties of raising a minor (156), murder (P.P. A "," B "part 2 of article 105) and fraud (part 2 of article 159).
Zykina, together with the children of 2006 and 2007, lived in the city of Fokina. At the same time, it was rude and dismissive to the fulfillment of its duties on education. Systematically left the children alone, did not care about food, daily locked their room, depriving them of freedom and left them without food and drinking, and also deprived food as a punishment for offenses, according to the website of the regional administration of the Investigative Committee.
On December 20, 2010, Zykina transported the children to Vladivostok, and settled them in a private house on Vsevolod Sibirtsev Street. There was no central heating, water supply and sewage in the house, the accused herself at that time left for Fokino and returned only eight days later.
From December 2010 to January 2011, the woman led the idle lifestyle and, despite the cold at this time of the year with a temperature of minus 6 to minus 26 degrees, repeatedly left children unattended and leaving for several days in the house without food and water, as well as without warm clothes.
From the second decade of December 2011, Zykina began to live on Okatova Street with a man, hiding from him, which had two young children. Subsequently, the woman reported this fact, while liling that the children live with the nanny.
The last time the mother visited the children who lived alone in the house on Vsevolod Sibirtsev Street on February 3, 2011, and almost two weeks later, when she arrived at the house again, both children were dead. The woman hid the bodies under the porch of the same house.
After that, during the year, she demanded child support from her father, informing him on the phone that everything was all right with them. He regularly transferred money to their maintenance to the attacker’s account until April 2012, until the law enforcement agencies became aware of their death.
The investigation and the court found that the death of the young people came as a result of the deliberate criminal actions of the accused, resulting in exhaustion, general hypothermia, which caused irreversible processes of the body, that is, with its intentional actions, the accused killed her children.
The court sentenced Zykina a punishment in the form of 14.5 years in prison with a sentence in a general regime colony.
