The State Inspectorate for Monitoring the use of real estate objects of Moscow appealed to the court with a request to finalize Louis Wuytton East for the allegedly illegal installation of the indignant public "House-Cherodan" on Red Square. True, the company said that they did not receive any documents and did not hear about a fine of 10 thousand rubles.
The representative of the State Inspectorate said that the penalties were applied under the article “unauthorized restriction of access to public land plots” of the Code of Administrative Offenses in Moscow, ITAR-TASS reports. The penalty for violation of this article for legal entities is from five to 10 thousand rubles. "Given the scale of the violation, the fine is made maximum," the inspection noted.
However, the court hearing has not yet been scheduled, and in the company representing in Russia the fashion house Louis Vuitton said that they did not receive any official notifications of the fine. In addition, documents allowing the installation of the pavilion in the form of a suitcase on Red Square were already shown to city services, the Russian News Service reports.
According to the representative of Louis Wyutton Vostok, in the event of a fine of notifications, all actions of the company will be in accordance with Russian law. "We provided all the documents requested from us for placing the pavilion, and received the approval in September," the representative added.
The fact that the company did not receive official documents is quite natural, since the court has not yet considered the inspection’s statement, RIA Novosti reports. “The date of consideration of the case of an administrative offense when placing a“ suitcase ”pavilion on Red Square has not even been scheduled,” said the representative of the State Inspectorate for Monitoring the use of Moscow Real Estate.
It should be noted that the indignant authorities of the capital demanded to dismantle the "suitcase" from Red Square. Yesterday, the analysis of the pavilion on Red Square was almost completed - the proprietary sheathing was removed, only a metal frame remained on the spot.
It should be noted that the huge pavilion in the form of Louis Vuitton chest with the exhibition "The Soul of Wandering" was installed on Red Square as part of the anniversary events dedicated to the 120th anniversary of the GUM. The appearance in the city center of this structure caused a large public outcry. The expediency of finding this object on Red Square was discussed first in blogs, then in the State Duma. As a result, it was decided to remove the pavilion. The new place for the "suitcase" has not yet been chosen.
By the way, in the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia, an advertisement applied to the object was noticed at the Louis Vuitton pavilion. And in GUM they promised to transfer to the charitable foundation of Natalia Vodianova “Naked Hearts”, which was intended for a profit from the failed exhibition in the “Louis Vuitton” pavilion, the money made in December for a rink on Red Square.
