The house of Stroyburo in the Queen near Moscow will not be demolished without a court decision, the Governor of the Moscow Region Andrei Vorobyov said on Friday on Friday at the Town Planning Council.
“The court will make a decision,” the governor emphasized. According to him, this is a difficult decision, the authorities will have to resettle about 600 people who lived in this house, and at the same time preserve the cultural treasure.
Also, two walls with painting were found in the house, which the authorities will need to be preserved, Vorobyov noted, RIA Novosti reports.
In turn, the Minister of Construction complex of the Moscow Region Marina Ogloblin during the city council indicated that the investment contract, which involved the construction of a residential building on the site of the building of Stroyburo, contained a number of legal inaccuracies-for example, the planning project was supposed to build a 17-storey building, and the GPZU was issued for the construction of a 19-floor house. According to her, the investment contract should be brought into the legal norm.
“In the mind, investment contract should be terminated, and the land should be put up for auction,” said Ogloblin. She noted that people who were resettled from the house of Stroyburo and received apartments in an illegitimate way may have problems with the design of apartments in property.
According to the regional branch of the All -Russian Society for the Protection of History and Culture Monuments (VOOPIIK), the former residents of the Stroyburo House, whom the developer pledged to be relocated to a new house, are still not issued documents confirming their right to permanent residence in a new building. Periodically, they are threatened with eviction on the street.
It was also added there that most of the building of Stroyburo was destroyed as a result of numerous pogroms, arson, as well as the demolition of the building that took place from November 8 to 12, despite the instructions of the Ministry of Culture of the Moscow Region on the ban on any work that can cause damage to the house. The illegal demolition of the building, according to Vopiyka, was carried out by the forces of the builder, which in 2007 rented a land plot with a house for the subsequent construction of a multi-storey building there.
The house of the Stroyburo of the Bolshevskaya labor commune in the historical microdistrict of Kostino is one of the largest architectural complexes in the style of constructivism of the 1920s in the Moscow region, it adjoins the Kostino estate park.
Recall that earlier the Ministry of Culture of the Moscow Region opened a scandalous Internet voting on the demolition of the house of Stroyburo. According to its results, about 62% of those who voted (more than 19 thousand clicks) spoke out for demolition.
