The property of a prominent United Russia, the Vice -Speaker of the State Duma of Sergei Neverov does not need to be verified, - the Duma Commission for Methods of Deputies at the meeting on December 4 came to this conclusion.

Vice Speaker of the State Duma Sergey Nevorov
With a request for the conformity of the income and expenses of Sergei Neva and the chairman of the State Duma Committee on Economic Policy, Igor Rudensky, the editor -in -chief of The Tew Times, turned to the Duma commission, Evgeny Albats. In particular, she is interested in why not all land plots owned or the use of United Russia were recorded in their income declarations.
The deputy of Neverov explained the incomplete declaration by the fact that he began to acquire land in parts since 2013, and his last declaration of income and property was drawn up at the end of 2012. At the same time, pictures with Google Maps show that already in 2011 the entire site was in use and was fenced with a single fence.
The request to the Duma commission was sent in connection with the previously published opposition politician Alexei Navalny by investigation of the corruption fund in relation to a number of prominent united Russians, which established the country cooperative of the Pine. The cost of home ownership (with land) Neverov is, according to the investigation, 92 million rubles, Ruden - 74 million. Neverov himself at a meeting of the commission said that its site costs 14 million rubles.
According to Navalny, several sites in the use of Sergei Neverov were not properly declared. So, the cottage of United Russia is located in five cadastral plots, while only two are indicated in the declaration. Navalny also indicates that the other three sites are recorded respectively on the country cooperative “Pine”, to the wife of Neverov and to his mother -in -law.
The official income of the family of deputy Neverov for 2010-2012 amounted to about 16 million rubles, in connection with which even the amount of 14 million he called raises questions about the source of the origin of the funds for the purchase of a summer residence. However, the members of the Duma commission in the inconsistency of income and expenses of a senior united Russia did not raise issues.
At a meeting of the commission, Neverov explained that he saved the money for the purchase of the cottage with his wife working as an executive director in a commercial company. He also received part of the amount after the sale of his own apartment in Novokuznetsk for 6 million rubles.
