In the Amur Region, on Monday, the 46-year-old resident of the village of Urusha, Skovorodinsky district, Oleg Virtu, who was found guilty of the murder of five people, was sentenced. Moreover, the convicted person killed two men and a woman because he had disappeared during a booze lighter.

By the decision of the Amur Regional Court, Oleg Virt will serve as a life period of imprisonment in the correctional colony of a special regime. And his accomplice Tatyana Kuznetsova received 13 years in a general regime colony, the official website of the regional department of the IC of the Russian Federation reports.

As follows from the case file, on December 31, 2011, the convicted person, being at the place of his residence in one of the houses of the village of Urush, drank alcoholic beverages with three acquaintances, including a woman. After the feast, all four drinking companions went to bed.

“At night, the owner of the house woke up and found the loss of his lighter, who remained his memory from his son, who died in a traffic accident,” the press release said. Suspecting of the theft of one of the guests, Oleg Virt woke him, after which a quarrel broke out between the men. During it, the attacker "took a chisel made in a artisanal way and inflicted several blows to them on the head and body of the opponent."

The rest of the guests woke up from the noise, who tried to calm the owner, but he began to beat them with a chisel. All guests died on the spot from the injuries received.

To hide the triple murder committed on New Year's Eve, on a trifling motive arising on the basis of searching for a lighter, the convicted first dropped his bodies into the cellar. Then Oleg carried them into the courtyard, covered them with snow and garbage, and in March again moved the bodies to a dug hole in the cellar, where he bombarded them with the ground, explained in the administration of the IC of the Russian Federation.

On June 30, 2012, at the place of his residence, the convicted person and his former cohabitant Tatyana Kuznetsova drank alcohol in the company of their friend. At some point, the guest decided to drink a bottle of alcohol-containing fluid alone, while it was purchased with the owner’s money. Offended by the "egoist", Oleg Virt took the knife and inflicted several blows to them in the victim’s neck. Then he handed the knife to the woman and demanded to repeat the blows.

Tatyana Kuznetsova obeyed the killer, although, according to investigators, "had the opportunity to abandon these actions." The criminals also dropped the corpse of the victim into the cellar.

And on July 1, 2012, Oleg Virt and Tatyana Kuznetsova drank alcohol in the company of another man. The booze took place in the forest near the key of a jerk, located in the area of ​​the congress from the federal highway "Chita -Khabarovsk" in the direction of the village of Urusha. The drinking companion asked Oleg the whereabouts of the man, with whom he dealt on June 30. “Frightened by the exposure, the attackers took their lives and this man, after which his body was hidden in the forest,” the press release said.

During the preliminary investigation, under the pressure of evidence, Oleg Virt confessed to his deed and confirmed the testimony of investigative experiments. However, in the future, he refused to testify and asked to consider his case by the jury.

39-year-old Tatyana Kuznetsova pleaded guilty and actively collaborated with the investigation.

Both of the investigations were found guilty under the item "A," F "," K "Part 2 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (the murder of two or more persons committed by a group of persons in order to hide another crime). The verdict pronounced by him has not yet entered into legal force.

According to Amur Pravda , a lifelong sentence is rarely sentenced in the region. The last such sentence was Roman Chigrin, convicted three years ago for the murders and rape of two schoolgirls in Shimanovsk.
