According to investigators, on September 15, 2013 in the Kanash district, the accused celebrated the second day of their wedding. “In the evening, the groom in a state of intoxication drove at the wheel of a car taken to the city of Kanash. There he drove into the fence of the bus station, after which he disappeared from the place of traffic accident,” the press release says.
However, the registration numbers of the car remained at the site of the accident, and the guard reported damage to the fence of the bus station to the police.
The law enforcement officers examined the adjacent territory and found a car abandoned by an attacker in the fair. When the car began to be loaded onto the tow truck, the drunken driver, hiding nearby, went out of his shelter and began to prevent loading.

"In response to the requirements of law enforcement officers, to stop unlawful behavior, the offender applied one shock in the face of one of them, and his wife is multiple strokes with hands and feet on various parts of the body to all three police officers," the department added.
In relation to the 24-year-old resident of Novocheboksarsk and his 23-year-old wife living in Kanash, a criminal case was opened under part 1 of article 318 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (the use of violence against a representative of the authorities).
In addition, for disobedience to the legal order of police officers (Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation) and the abandonment of the accident (part 2 of article 12.27 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation) the accused was brought to administrative responsibility in the form of five days of administrative arrest and one year of deprivation of the right to drive vehicles.
Currently, the materials of the criminal case were transferred to the prosecutor's office to approve the indictment and referral to the Kanash district court.
