The meaning of RIA Novosti reform is so obvious that no special interpretations are required. We already know what to control the control of personnel in the system of the third period. The Volodinsky “filters” and the reconstruction of the training system for the nomenclature (see November interview with the head of the AP Sergey Ivanov) clearly show the guideline. There is no doubt that the government’s decree on monitoring the highest school of the economy is not accidental. She, like RIA, will be “combed” in the right way. Many people think that the creation of APN is a return to the Soviet format of the period of stagnation. And thereby the rotten idea doomed to failure. This is a deep misconception. Putinism today not only thinks itself rather as the Comintern in its best years, but also has quite serious reasons for this. It is read: you still won’t solve economic and social problems, but you can safely behave in the face of the “world government” (“State Department”, “Rothschildam”, “financial capitalism”, etc.) only Putin can afford.

An erroneous interpretation is that Putin wants to lower the new “iron curtain” a la Berlin wall and conduct a course of “isolationism”. Absolutely on the contrary: Putin is collecting to conduct a new Comintern course. This is not isolationism, but, on the contrary, the maximum Putinization of the world. As in the days of the last Comintern, this is a complex system of working with sympathetic intellectuals, politicians on the ideological basis plus a lot of work of external intelligence with political functions.

This is a completely new phenomenon, directed not to the restoration of the past, but to the creation of a completely new hegemony.

Any false "thermal missiles" can be released into the air. Any insidiousness is acceptable. Any lie is justified. Any manipulation of both exalted and low -hearted feelings.

Actually, the new chapter is former. RIA Novosti is the embodiment of this "Chekism in the broad sense." And it must be emphasized: this “Chekism” is no longer a specially marked Soviet concept in the spirit of the OLD -School -Politology of the period of the Helsinki act. This edition of Machiavellism does not give in to any Sovietology as an analytical tool. The events around Ukraine show that the European political establishment does not understand at all what it is dealing with. The economic weight of the eurozone is several times higher than the united economic weight of Eurasia. And this creates in Europeans a false sense of security. They just did not look around them yet and do not understand that the “new Comintern” was not so some “Berlin Wall”, but right in their backyard.
