On Wednesday, December 11, at 11:00 in the Butyrsky District Court of Moscow (Dmitrovskoye Sh., 54, building 1), the case of publicist Boris Stomakhin will continue. As expected, at this meeting, the prosecution will complete the presentation of the evidence.

The previous meeting in the case took place on December 2 . It was the only witness of the prosecution - Nationalist Roman Znikov , whose denunciation was against the publicist and started the case. He stated that Stomakhin’s articles are inspired by the Nazis who kill migrants. In particular, the texts of the publicist were allegedly moved to crimes Vasilisa Kovalev, activist of the NSO-Severs group, convicted in 2011 by the 19 years of the colony for the murder of murderers.

When the lawyer Mikhail Trepashkin asked if Stomakhin called to kill migrant workers in his texts, Nosikov responded negatively. However, he added, it doesn’t matter - the degree of aggression is important present in the articles of the defendant.

Nosikov also stated that Stomakhin's texts are used in neo -Nazis training camps as doping to incite hatred of Jews and Chechens, as well as to the Russian state. “The leaders of these people say to them:“ Look how Jews hate you, and the Russian state does nothing with this, ”the scamer explained.

Lawyer Viktor Borodin, another protector of the publicist, read out the recent post from the blog of Nosikov himself, which directly declared the author’s hatred of the opposition Alexei Navalny and Ilya Yashin. “They were jammed, scum, my most beloved area of ​​Moscow,” said in the text. “Motherland, nits, occupied. So that your land was burning under your feet, invaders ... I hate, bastards. I kill me for every naughty tree in a local park.”

Nosikov confirmed that he wrote the post, and added that he considered his readiness to "kill for his native birches" a healthy feeling that helped "Russians to win in 1945."

When, at the insistence of Stomakhin’s lawyers, the testimony was announced by the Nosikov during the investigation, it turned out that they significantly diverge from his testimony in court. Previously, he called another time to get acquainted with the articles of the publicist, and also argued that he submitted a statement to only two texts, while the case investigates a much larger number of them.

The trial of Stomakhin began in September. In total, four accusations were imposed by the Politsyk: in parts of 1 articles 205.2 (justification of terrorism), 280 (calls for extremism) and 282 (excitement of hatred or hostility) and part 1 of Article 30, part 2 of Article 205.2 of the Criminal Code (preparation for public justification of terrorism using the media). The reason for all the charges was exclusively Stomakhin's articles, published by him in 2011-2012 on the personal blog and on the Radical Libertarian opposition " Resistance ", as well as in the low-trip Bulletin " Radical Policy ". One of the texts for which the publicist is charged with part 2 of article 205.2 is “ the anniversary of the regicide. Your feat is not forgotten ”, which positively evaluates the murder of Alexander II by the People's Volves.

The process is conducted by the deputy chairman of the Butyr court, Yuri Kovalevsky. He repeatedly violated various procedural norms, in particular, he tried contrary to Article 241 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to ban audio recording in the courtroom, and also closed the meetings from the public with an oral disposal.

In 2006-2011, Stomakhin had already left for a five-year term under articles 280 and 282. At that time he was also convicted exclusively for his works. During the detention, Stomakhin tried to escape from the apartment through the window along the rope, but the rope broke and he received fractures of the legs and processes of two vertebrae. From the consequences of these injuries, Politzek has not yet recovered.
