Earlier, the chairman of the US Senate Committee on the budget of Patti Murray (Democrat) and the head of the budget committee of the House of Representatives Paul Ryan (Republican) announced the achievement of the agreement.

The agreement will reduce $ 63 billion over the next ten years, and a budget deficit - by $ 23 billion. It does not imply raising taxes, but reduces the deficit and replaces the sequestration of the state budget with new measures.
