According to him, the electrocardiogram, which showed that he had two heart attacks, was made to Krivov on December 8. A similar study conducted on November 25 did not reveal deviations.
Sergei Krivov for more than two months - from September 19 to November 22 - kept a hunger strike as a sign of protest against the fact that he was not given the opportunity to familiarize himself with court documents. In jail, he was not provided with proper medical care. Moreover, the doctors regularly made conclusions in accordance with which Krivov was allowed to participate in the trial. For a court hearing for Krivov, an ambulance was called for two times, but each time the judge did not allow doctors to the courtroom.
At a meeting with President Vladimir Putin on December 10, the doctor Elizabeth Glinka said that Krivov could die in the event of a conviction. Putin promised to separately consider the possibility of amnesty for Krivov.
