
From January 6 to 12, the 17th Hall of the Moscow Conservatory will host the XVII festival of chamber music “Return”.
The festival program has four thematic evenings.
On January 6, a “concert on the request” will be held. The program has Beethoven, Pulenk, Trapcus, Nielsen, as well as the premiere of the work of the young composer Alexei Kurbatov, written specifically for the festival.
On January 8 , a concert “Visiting a fairy tale” was scheduled for a fabulous topic in the works of Metner, Prokofiev, Stravinsky, Yanachek, Shnitka, Rybnikov. ”
The theme of the concert January 10 is “Serenades”. The program of the evening of Mozart, Glazunov, Pulenk, Schenberg, Gubaidulina, Schnita.
On January 12, the Russian premiere of the Haydn’s oratorio “Seven words of the Savior on the Cross” will be held in the new version for the wind and string quintes, written specifically for the “Return” festival by the composer Yuri Kasparov.
About 50 musicians, including Boris Andrianov (cello), Ksenia Bashmet (piano), Mikhail Beznosov (Clarnet), Kristina Blaumane (Vionoil), Boris Brovtsyn (Violin), Alexander Buzlov (Vionocel), Andrey Doinnikov (shock), Anton Dressler (Clarinet),, and Claret),, Andrey Dressler,, Andrei Buzlov) will take part in the festival. Alina Ibragimova (violin), Dmitry Illarion (guitar), Yakov Katsnelson (piano), Alexander Kobrin (Piano), Masim Rysanov (Alt), Evgeny Tonsha (Vionoral), Vadim Kholodenko (piano), Timur Yakubov (Alt).
The annual festival of chamber music “Return” is held at the initiative of the violinist of the novel by Mints and Goboist Dmitry Bulgakov. Graduates of special music schools in Russia and the CIS countries, who continue their careers abroad, participate in it.
This year, the disc , whose records were attended by four participants in the festival, including one of his artistic leaders Roman Mints, was nominated for the Grammy Award.
