"Mayors, of course, only choose. We are members of the European Charter (about local self -government. - Ed.), But the point is not only this. And therefore, these are the leaders of the municipalities such people should be such people personally, they can come to them, discuss, express their position, and achieve this one positions, ”the president said.
He said that he had recently met with all the leaders of the country's municipalities and noted that there are very good personnel. "I know that they are scolded the most, well, right - this is the most advanced edge of the struggle for the best future, and they have the most difficult thing.
