
Investigators of the Pskov region opened a criminal case against the villager, who is suspected of killing their daughter. The attacker brutally beat the girl right on the street. From the injuries she died at the scene.
Under the investigation was a 40-year-old resident of the village of Kunya, Interfax reports with reference to the press service of the regional department of the IC of the Russian Federation. The suspect is married and is a large father, but lives separately from relatives.
According to the preliminary version, on Wednesday evening, the attacker came to his wife’s house and, taking advantage of its absence, took three young daughters. On the way, on Bazarnaya Street, he began to beat the youngest daughter at the age of four.
Hearing children's cries for help, worried residents called emergency services. However, the doctors who arrived at the scene only stated the death of the girl.
The detainee to the parent is charged with Part 4 of Article 111 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (intentional infliction of serious harm to the health that resulted in the death of the victim). The alleged detonant faces up to 15 years in prison.
Currently, the suspect has been delivered to the investigator for procedural detention. In the future, the question of the election of a preventive measure in the form of detention will be considered.
We add that the other day in the Pskov region, another suspect was detained, which caused deadly injuries to the minor.
According to investigators, on the evening of December 16, 2013, a 17-year-old pupil of a special school of himself came to his native educational institution with a knife. In one of the premises, he began to sort things out with his peer, and in the end he inflicted multiple stab wounds on him.
"The victim managed to escape and seek help. Now his condition is extremely difficult, doctors are fighting for the life of a teenager," the official website of the regional department of the IC of the Russian Federation said on Tuesday.
Opochetsky Interdistrict Investigative Department initiated the case under Part 3 of Article 30 of part 1 of article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (attempted murder).
