On December 20, the debate of the parties in the case of Primorsky partisans began. The next hearings were supposed to take place on Wednesday, but they were postponed due to the illness of one of the lawyers. The debate will continue on January 15; The beginning of the meeting at 14:00. As expected, then the defendants will appear before the jury. About such a decision asked the defense of the partisans.

Judge Dmitry Grishchenko, the leading process, proposed to compact the list of hearings, conducting them not three, but four times a week. In this case, Grishchenko noted, on January 23 he could finish the debate, and the 27th - to give the jury a list of about 260 questions. However, lawyers did not support such an idea.

The process of Primorsky partisans began on January 23 , after the court with the sixth attempt managed to form a jury collegium. In the bench of the defendants - six people. In addition to Ilyutikov, Kirillov, Kovtunov and Nikitin, this is also Roman Savchenko. Four partisans completely refused to admit guilt, the other two - Ilyutiki and Kirillov - partially recognized it.

The partisans, depending on the role of each, were charged with banditry, illegal acquisition, storage, weapons, three episodes of murder, four episodes of robbery, intentionally destroying other people's property, three episodes for the life of law enforcement officials, theft of weapons, nine episodes of theft, and the theft of vehicles.

The investigation in the case of partisans ended in September 2011. Then the majority of the defendants partially pleaded guilty. In total, according to the investigation, the group members committed about 30 separate crimes.

In February - May 2010, a number of armed attacks on police officers occurred in Primorye. According to investigators, all these crimes are the work of one group, which included eight people. Two of the partisans - Andrei Sukhorada and Alexander Sweet - died on June 11, 2010 during the detention.

According to investigators, in 2009, Alexander Kovtun, together with Sukhorada, created an armed group. At the disposal of the partisans was the arsenal of weapons, special tools and camouflaged costumes. For storage of weapons, they prepared several shelters in the forest. During the preparation of attacks, the accused constantly improved the skills of handling weapons.

In September 2009, in the area of ​​the cemetery in the vicinity of the village of Kirovsky, they, according to the investigation, killed four people and stole drugs from them. In February 2010, on Davydov Street in the city of Vladivostok, the accused attacked police officers. The investigation believes that, having killed a policeman, they abducted his weapons, certificates and money. According to the investigation, on May 27, 2010, in order to take possession of weapons and ammunition, the partisans killed a policeman in the village of Rakitnaya, took the property and disappeared, and on May 29 attacked the traffic police.
