New terrorist attack in Volgograd: 14 dead

In Volgograd on Monday morning, a new terrorist attack is committed, RIA Novosti reports. The explosion occurred in a regular trolleybus near the market in the Dzerzhinsky district. Six victims are in extremely serious condition, six more in a difficult state, the Ministry of Health reports. The head of the department Veronika Skvortsova is in Volgograd and personally controls the organization of medical care to the victims. The seven wounded on the Ministry of Emergencies aircraft are evacuated for treatment in Moscow in federal medical institutions.
