Against the 62-year-old pensioner from the Udmurt district center Kes, the case was initiated on the soldering of adolescents. This was reported by the website of the regional Ministry of Internal Affairs without indicating the name of the suspect. Part 1 of Article 151 of the Criminal Code (involving a minor in the systematic use of alcohol), the pensioner threatens to four years in the colony.
On Thursday evening, employees of the private security guard noticed two drunken teenagers in the village. Police from the juvenile inspectorate sent young people to a medical examination, during which the fact of intoxication was confirmed. As it turned out, an alcohol of 13-year-old teenagers was treated to a familiar pensioner in gratitude for the help of the household.
Young people explained that, wanting to earn extra money, they repeatedly provided a little help to the pensioner: they chopped firewood, watered the garden, etc. At the same time, the fellow villager was invariably paid with them not with money, but by drinking, although he certainly knew that the teenagers had not yet reached adulthood.
"The children themselves from prosperous families are characterized positively, but now they will be registered with the police for preventive work," the Ministry of Internal Affairs notes.
