Andrey Goncharov headed the Kirovsky district of Novosibirsk

I.O. The mayor of Novosibirsk Vladimir Znatkov appointed 42-year-old Andrei Goncharov on January 13, the head of the Kirov district. The previous leader Viktor Vyazovov was agreed by the Legislative Assembly for the post of regional authorized rights of entrepreneurs.

Goncharov is a former deputy of the Novosibirsk City Council and ex-director of the Common Case Foundation, established by Veniamin Pak. For the past four years, he worked as the first deputy Vyazovs, supervising the issues of housing and communal services, energy, architecture and construction, transport and improvement. According to the order of the knowledge, the new head of the district began his duties on January 13.

Andrei Goncharov was born on October 12, 1971. He graduated from the Novosibirsk Pedagogical Institute with a degree in History and Pedagogy and the Novosibirsk Humanitarian Institute with a degree in Jurisprudence.
